Nick Collett

Nick Collett is the Agent Support Manager for Ray White Purpose Group, working across the group's three offices at Wilston, Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. His focus is people, from coaching agents, to developing the next generation of talent, and making sure everyone in the group has the support and guidance they need to perform at their best.

Nick knows both ends of the group firsthand. He grew up in the Northside of Brisbane and attended St Joseph's Nudgee College, giving him deep roots in Brisbane's inner north, and he built his real estate career within two of Queensland's most respected Ray White agencies on the Gold Coast.

Before real estate, Nick worked as a lawyer in courtrooms, across negotiating tables and in high pressure situations where clarity and composure mattered most. That foundation sharpened his instincts for people and gave him an edge few bring to the property industry. Over time, a clear pattern emerged. Nick's greatest impact was in the people around him. Developing agents, building confidence and creating the conditions for others to thrive. That realisation led him first to the Sales Manager role at Ray White Wilston, and now to a group wide role supporting agents across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Coaching sits at the heart of what Nick does. Through regular one on ones, he helps agents set clear goals, supports them operationally and helps build habits that drive consistent results. He also leads the training and development for the group's associates, guiding newer agents through the skills, structure and confidence it takes to build a lasting career in real estate.

For the group's clients, that investment matters. Every agent Nick supports is better prepared, better equipped and more accountable, which means sellers and buyers can expect the same high standard of service whichever Purpose Group office they walk into.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from Bond University, and is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
