Perry Edmondson-Clark has been immersed in the real estate industry since the age of 15, building a comprehensive career across every facet of the business, from reception through to owning and managing an office. This end to end experience has shaped his deep operational knowledge and strong leadership capability.
Alongside his broader real estate career, Perry developed a passion for auctioneering, beginning his auction journey in Brisbane before being appointed Queensland Auctioneer for a national franchise group. His desire to align with market leaders and operate at the highest level saw him relocate to Sydney, where he took on the role of State Auctioneer for Ray White New South Wales.
A proven performer, Perry has led by example throughout his sales and auctioneering career, setting multiple suburb records via auction and working alongside some of the industry’s most respected operators. He is widely recognised for his calm authority, strategic approach, and ability to instil confidence in both sellers and buyers throughout the sales process.
Today, Perry is the Chief Operating Officer at Ray White Wilston and Ray White Surfers Paradise, where he plays a pivotal role in driving business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Drawing on his extensive experience across sales, auctions, and leadership, Perry continues to elevate outcomes for agents, clients, and the wider business.
