Shontelle has worked within the Ray White Group since 2007, but has found her place at Ray White Wilston. She fell in love with the supportive team culture and felt that the community and customer focused mentality aligned with her own beliefs.
Shontelle strives to have a warm and engaging rapport with all her clients. She is honest and genuine in her passion to achieve the best results for her owners, and has the professional skills to achieve this. Unlike a majority of agents, Shontelle is fully licenced and brings 10 years of professional knowledge and on-the-ground skills to the negotiating table. Beggining her career in sales and gaining experience as a business development manager, and even a licensee at a previous office, Shontelle’s clients can rest assured that their most important assets are in capable and experienced hands. Unusually for such a young agent, Shontelle has personally bought and sold three properties of her own which allows her to empathise with both the buyer and seller in the real estate transaction.
Shontelle seeks to create a life of choice for her young family. “You work for so much of the short time that you are on Earth that you have to love where you work, what you do, and who you work with. I can confidently say that I do,” she says. Personally, her goals are to expand her repertoire of skills to eventually become an auctioneer and has been actively involved with the Toastmasters community to help her achieve this vision.

If I can give any advice I would say; Choose an agent that is experienced but still enthusiastic, someone you can trust and someone that is friendly and approachable.
