AUCTION THIS SATURDAY 31ST MARCH 10AM ON SITE - OPEN FROM 9:15AM

This 1960's home does require work but has HUGE potential. Situated in a quiet position on a massive 1320m2 block make this blank canvas, your pride and joy. Put in a new kitchen, bathroom and a coat of paint and reap the rewards or if renovating is not your thing remove the house completely and start again from scratch, knowing that in this great area your money is safe with very little chance of overcapitalising. The position is second to none - 'Willowie' as it was formerly known by the willow trees that lined the banks of the river has a real sanctuary feel and often has visits from the local koala and platypus communites. A place where the kids can make their own fun and play for hours on end fishing, kicking a ball, playing hide and seek - without a Play station or Nintendo in sight!
